Their motto has always been “If I wouldn’t serve it in my own home, I’m not serving it at Dessert Gallery.” It’s clear each dessert at this Houston bakery is a work of art, hand-crafted from the best ingredients. The cafe even offers vegan, gluten-friendly, sugar-free, and other special diet dessert options! Our personal favorite is their strawberry dream cake or their special iced butter cookies.

This cute Houston bakery boutique is a hit with locals—Macaron by Patisse offers fresh and beautiful confections with a classic elegance and a bite of sweetness! You can choose from unique and “daring" flavor combinations (like Fig & Goat Cheese or Fruity Pebbles) or traditional flavors (like Pistachio and Rose), but you’re sure to love it either way! It’s hard to choose a favorite macaron from this local bakery, but our favorite flavor is either the traditional raspberry or the fun Fruity Pebbles!

The Pondicheri Bake Lab is a bakery and cafe located directly above the Pondicheri restaurant. The food sold at this top Houston bakery combines the complexities of authentic Indian cuisine with “the ancient body of wisdom of Ayurveda” or the magic of spices & the goodness of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether you’re looking for an exotic Indian dessert or a classically sweet treat, this local bakery is an amazing option. Honestly, we love their homemade bread the most!

You can also stock up on some fresh tortillas or even order a custom cake! We highly recommend their popular tres leches cake.
