Breanna's passion for real estate began long before becoming a licensed agent. As an investor herself, she understands firsthand how real estate can create financial freedom, build generational wealth, and provide opportunities for long-term success. After purchasing her first property in 2009 and successfully turning it into a rental investment, she quickly realized the power real estate can have on a person’s future. What started as a way to create additional income soon evolved into a true passion for helping others achieve the same goals.
Before entering the real estate industry, Breanna worked as an investment portfolio analyst for a large insurance company specializing in residential mortgages. This experience gave her a unique understanding of the full real estate process from multiple perspectives, including the buyer, lender, escrow agent, and corporate investment side of the industry. Her financial background, combined with her real-world investing experience, allows her to guide clients with both strategy and confidence.
A graduate of the University of Houston–Downtown, Breanna is also a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. She is passionate about educating her clients, making the process feel approachable, and helping people discover everything Houston has to offer from its culture and hidden gems to its incredible communities and lifestyle opportunities. Outside of real estate, she enjoys reading, volunteering, exploring different cultures through food and travel, learning about art, and spending quality time with her loved ones. Her curiosity, warmth, and dedication to helping others are reflected in every client relationship she builds.
