Breanna Matchett

Breanna is a proud Houston native with a deep appreciation for the city’s people, culture, and community. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston–Downtown and has a background in banking, fixed income analytics, and mortgage investments.

Her passion for real estate began in 2009 with the purchase of her first investment property. With experience on both the financial and client sides, she brings a strategic and thoughtful approach to every situation. Breanna is known for her ability to think critically, connect resources, and create a seamless, client-focused experience. She is committed to building lasting relationships and guiding clients through meaningful life transitions.

Outside of real estate, she volunteers locally and enjoys cooking, exploring Houston, and traveling with family and friends.
